First XI vs. Rushwick - 01 Sep - End of season sloppiness!!

Our final league match of the season saw us travel to Rushwick , having won the toss , Andy decided we should bat first . Badge and Paul found runs hard to come by , Badge departed early on , he was soon followed by Dan and Paul leaving us on 31 for 3 . Forts and Max took thescore past 50 before Forts fell , Max and Andy also departed leaving veterans Styler and Nell together . Nell holed out , Styler chopped on , Louis was bowled and Kit caught from a skier , leaving the Amazing one 0 not out as our innings closed on a disappointing 103 all out .
Early successes came for both Louis and Kit thanks to catches by Forts but we only enjoyed one more success when Paul snared a wicket with a stumping from Max as the home side reached victory in 29 overs .
