Frome pulled off a stunning 6 wicket win with a much changed team from the previous week. With captain Lloydy missing Rogers won the toss and surprisingly chose to field but they had a plan. They looked under pressure early with the visitors looking like they should have put a score of nearly 300 together but they started to fall with Luke Cotterell and Andy Rogers taking 4 each and Nicko Evans the first and the last. So chasing down 229 Frome knew they had a long tail but had the ability to get a score like this. Alec started positively and when Frome were 2 down Alec Backhouse (50) and Andy Rogers (74) put on more than a century stand to get the target down below 100. They fell quite close together but Nicko Evans 48* and Simon Cottrell finished the game off with 5 overs to spare.
