Welcome to Canon Frome Cricket Club
Canon Frome Cricket Club is an ECB Clubmark Accredited cricket club. We run four junior cricket teams: U9s, U11s, U13s and U15s. The junior teams play in the Herefordshire Junior Leagues with training on a Friday night through the season. The First and Second XIs at Canon Frome Cricket Club play in the Marches Hereford League, while we also run a Sunday friendly team, midweek touring team and T20 team playing through the season.
New players and members of all ages and abilities are very welcome whether you want to play the occasional game, be a regular all season or just want to come and help on the ground. Game 1. Frome v Luctonians was expected to be a tough ask, and so it proved to be. Luctonians batted first and accumulated a sizeable total of 292 in their 15 overs. It had all looked so promising when Theo clean bowled the Lucs opener on his first ball of the day.
