Canon Frome became champions of Division 4 South of the Worcester League by 36 points with a emphatic win over local rivals Ross!

Canon Frome got the single point they needed when they reached 125 batting first in very nervy fashion with only James Fortnam (40) making any real impact and finishing on 466 runs for the season. They finished on 159 all out inside 45.1 overs and gave Ross a real chance of victory.

Frome bowled well with veteran Neil Andrews taking 3 early wickets finishing with 3-21 but once again the pick of the bowlers was Louis Watkins who finished the League Season with 40 wickets after 4-23 to bowl Ross out for 101.

Frome now look forward to life in Division 3 after losing only losing 1 game all season.
