Canon Frome moved up to 3rd from bottom in Division 3 after a comfortable win against Chaddersley Corbett. Frome bowled extremely well with Morgan and Andrews restricting Chaddersley to 12 runs from the first 10 overs. They then squeezed the game with Lloyd and D.Wilson and bowled them out for 172 in the 49th over. There reply started badly with S.Wilson and Fortnam going early but brothers A.Backhouse and M.Backhouse made the game safe with older brother Alec batting most of the innings for his 31 while Max moved the score on quickly. Rogers moved the score on to 137 with 19 from 19 balls leaving Paul Andrews and Nicko Evans to see them home with 6 overs to spare.
