Canon Frome lose the toss and put into to field in the midday heat!

A good start for Frome against the Ledbury top order saw Morgan, Child and a run out keeping Ledburys run rate low in the early overs. The middle order rallied for Ledbury who managed to get them up to 184 off there 40 overs

Backhouse and Andrews opened up for Canon Frome and got the innings off too a good start, getting a 50 opening partnership before both wickets went in quick succession. Morgan went quickly after hitting a couple of boundaries, this brought Rogers and Fortnam to the crease who kept the scoreboard ticking over nicely before a downpour hit meaning Frome couldnt complete there run chase.

Season starts next week away at Tenbury!
